But the problem is that the brain's mechanism for storing information is often arbitrary. That's why some people seem to move on quickly from traumatic events and others have a harder time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The other reason why moving on from trauma can be difficult is because not all the information gets stored in the brain. It can be stored in the diaphragm, the connective tissue, the bones, organs, skin, or energetic centers like chakras or energy meridians.
