⠀Food is just information for our bodies. It informs metabolic processes, initiates Our 5 senses, the physical and subtle ability of the body to interpret the information around us, are highly tuned, highly active, and highly susceptible to input.⠀
The way the brain makes sense of what's coming in through our senses, what it stores, what it makes things mean, and what it ignores, is cultivated throughout our lifetime, but most persistent and long lasting patterns, behaviors, and interpretations of how to navigate life, are set when we are young, experiencing new things and learning about life.
But just because our interpretations and opinions of the world are set when we are young, doesn't mean it's too late to switch up the incoming information. As adults we have more options, more choices, and a little more control over the input than when we were kids. Switching up the input enables us to RESET the unhealthy patterning that was established when we were young.
Do you want to be more accepting and loving of yourself?
Do you want to experience more joy on a daily basis?
Do you want to enjoy your work and feel satisfied in your career?
Do you want to have deep fulfilling relationships with your family, spouse, and children?
Sometimes, all it takes is changing the information that's coming in.
Eliminating 'toxicity' in our lives can include changing the music we listen to, reading different books and magazines and limiting the impact toxic people have in your life.
You can cause what's coming in and have that 'diet' be nourishing, supportive, and fulfilling on all levels.
