This past week I had several home sessions, one of which was working with a new mom and dad. Baby was only 4 weeks old and both of them have been feeling the effects of new baby care, lack of sleep, and the sometimes overbearing responsibility of being new parents responsible for new life. 

Dad's session revolved around the knots in his upper shoulders saying that long hours at the computer, frequent airplane flights, and now new baby care has amplified the pain and discomfort. ​
